Favorite thing about the company?

Mission trips and the family that we have created at Betenbough Homes. My wife, Tiffany, and I have been on company mission trips to the Amazon and Austria and have had incredible experiences.

What sets this job apart from others?
For me, it is the tools the company gives you to succeed and the way I am challenged. Betenbough invests in you; they send you to conferences to encourage growth in learning and experiences. They challenge you to think outside the box and remind you of our mission statement and how that translates to the field.

What is your favorite part about your job?
Learning how to operate heavy machinery and getting dirty with the guys in the field.

How do you feel about the work you do daily at Betenbough Homes?
I love it. It is challenging, rewarding and something that I truly enjoy. It is all that and more. I didn’t know much about land development four years ago, and now it’s something that I have a deep passion for.

What do you love about your coworkers?
That we can all coexist. I had never worked in a place where my coworkers wanted to lift me up. They check up on me just because. We have a lot of fun at work and outside of work. They really have become my family!
