DIY Workout Tips

If you attended our spring event, Delight In DIY, you got to see Calley demonstrate these moves live at our event in Lubbock. If you missed it her or just want to see the workout again, here are a few videos of Calley demonstrating her favorite moves so you can re-watch at home!

In the videos below, Calley uses rolls of trash bags for weights. You can utilize different items from around your house to add to your workout. You don’t have to have dumbbells to feel the burn!

In this video Calley shows the proper form while doing lunges, squats and deadlifts.

Lunge to row, row and fly’s.

One arm press and push-ups.

One arm press and shoulder press.

Try doing total body (all four areas) three times a week. Calley recommends doing 3 sets of 10-12 reps in order to get a good workout. Let us know if you’ve tried these moves at home!
