Eclectic Decor in an Elizabeth

Do you love decor that is eclectic and modern, but somehow goes perfectly? If so, you’ll love this Elizabeth floor plan that has great color, modern furniture and so much character!

Homeowners and Betenbough Homes employees in Odessa, Sara and Steve Shier recently moved into an Elizabeth and we couldn’t wait to share what they’ve done with their new home!

A bright entry way is complemented by wood tile flooring.

A teal island paired with green chairs creates the perfect color combination in this open concept floor plan.

Sara purchased living room chairs from and mixed pillow prints for a unique look.
The light fixture was purchased from Lowe’s in Odessa.

Sara personalized the living room by creating a gallery wall with items she and Steve collected while on vacation or purchased from Target.

Sara hand made the yarn hanging pictured to the left above the couch.

In the backyard, Steve created a custom planter from stone blocks purchased at Lowe’s. He planted boxwood bushes in them, which will create a green wall over the years.

Thanks for letting us in your home, Sara and Steve! We’ve got tons of ideas of how we want to incorporate some of these decor ideas in our own homes!

We hope you enjoyed taking a look inside this new home as much as we did.
