2016 Favorite Floor Plans

We’ve had a wonderful year releasing new floor plans and watching them become homes for many of our home buyers! As 2016 comes to a close, we’re taking a look back at plans our buyers loved most this past year:

The Nikki

The Nikki was our top floor plan this year! She has 1,760 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We love the Nikki’s charming front porch and amazing entry way. This plan also features a spacious corner pantry in the kitchen, a fireplace and a luxurious master suite.

The Laura

The Laura was released in early 2016 and it didn’t take long for it to become a favorite! She’s 1,350 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Laura features a kitchen island, covered back porch and walk-in closet in the master suite.

The Sydney

Proving that our home buyers are fond of front porches (who wouldn’t be with those west Texas sunsets?), the Sydney was another fan favorite. She has 2,358 square feet and offers homeowners a spacious and welcoming layout, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open concept design.¬†The Sydney has a grand kitchen island, a tray ceiling in the master bedroom and a spacious master bathroom. This plan is also available with a side entry garage in some communities.
